材料
蛋 黃 5個 蛋白 5個 砂糖 70克 低筋麵粉 110克 牛奶 100ML 沙拉油 60ML
做法: 蛋黃加入30克的砂糖然後用攪拌器打成乳白色,接著加入沙拉油,牛奶攪拌均勻,並且加入篩過的麵粉,攪拌均勻待用。 蛋白分三次加入砂糖,打成有小彎鈎的階段。 將打好的蛋白分三次,以折叠的的方式加入蛋黃麵糊裏面。 將麵糊勺入紙杯中,烘烤25分鐘,170度。 烘好的蛋糕待冷,就可以擠入自己喜歡的奶油餡料了。

Egg Yolk 5 pcs Egg white 5 pcs Fine Sugar 70g Low protein Flour 110g Milk 100ML Veg Oil 60ML
Method Put 30g fine sugar into the egg yolk, and beat it until become light colour then add in the veg oil and milk, mix it well. Add in the flour (after stirred) , mix well. In a clean, dry mixing bowl, whisk egg whites with an electric mixer until mixture becomes frothy and foamy. Add in the sugar in 3 separate additions while beating at high speed till just before stiff peaks form. Add the egg white into egg yolk batter in 3 additions, use fold in method, slowly mix the batter. Pour the mixed batter into paper cup, bake 170C, 25 Mins.
After baked, please leave it cool then you may pump in the Custard cream or whipping cream whatever you like.
