每次多是做甜的muffin, 所以今天想尝试一下新口味,来到了janechew地博客,无意间看到了以上的食谱,再加上儿子很喜欢吃乳酪, 便尝试尝试。这次的成品,不算成功,因为muffin会粘在纸杯上。 可能是我用的杯子太薄了。昨天还跟儿子夸口说我的muffin是不会粘杯子的!这回可说是自打嘴巴了!Muffin的味道是不错,可是有点干燥。可能是油放得不够,或许是技术上有点问题。 我想改次我会把火腿和乳酪当馅料放在面糊里,少许的放在面糊上,这样应该就不会粘纸杯吧!
材料:
- (A) 150克低筋普通面粉,6克发粉 (过筛)
- (B) 1个蛋, 30克细纱糖,50克粟米油, 70克鲜奶, 1/2 小匙盐
- (C) 3片火腿(切碎),50克车打乳酪(切小块)
做法:
- 把(A) 过筛,备用。
- 随意混匀(B), 加入(A)拌匀。
- 加入 (C) 拌匀成面糊,无须过渡搅拌。把面糊勺入6个满分杯中,7分满,盛入预热烤箱,180度烤20分钟。
- (A) 150g cake flour, 6g baking powder
- (B) 1 egg, 30g sugar, 50g corn oil, 70g milk, 1/2 tsp salt
- (C)3 ham cut into small pieces, 50g cheddar cheese (cut into small dice)
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Sift flour, baking powder together, set aside.
- Combined (C) together, simply whisk the mixture.
- Pour in the flour follow by the cheese and ham. Fold just until they incorporate (do not overmix).
- Pour into 6 muffin cups and bake for 20 mins or until lightly browned and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
