 火腿乳酪满分(Ham & Cheddar Cheese Muffin)

每次多是做甜的muffin, 所以今天想尝试一下新口味,来到了janechew地博客,无意间看到了以上的食谱,再加上儿子很喜欢吃乳酪, 便尝试尝试。这次的成品,不算成功,因为muffin会粘在纸杯上。 可能是我用的杯子太薄了。昨天还跟儿子夸口说我的muffin是不会粘杯子的!这回可说是自打嘴巴了!Muffin的味道是不错,可是有点干燥。可能是油放得不够,或许是技术上有点问题。 我想改次我会把火腿和乳酪当馅料放在面糊里,少许的放在面糊上,这样应该就不会粘纸杯吧!






材料:

  • (A) 150克低筋普通面粉,6克发粉 (过筛)
  • (B) 1个蛋, 30克细纱糖,50克粟米油, 70克鲜奶, 1/2 小匙盐
  • (C) 3片火腿(切碎),50克车打乳酪(切小块)

做法:
  1. 把(A) 过筛,备用。
  2. 随意混匀(B), 加入(A)拌匀。
  3. 加入 (C) 拌匀成面糊,无须过渡搅拌。把面糊勺入6个满分杯中,7分满,盛入预热烤箱,180度烤20分钟。
Ingredients:

  • (A) 150g cake flour, 6g baking powder

  • (B) 1 egg, 30g sugar, 50g corn oil, 70g milk, 1/2 tsp salt

  • (C)3 ham cut into small pieces, 50g cheddar cheese (cut into small dice)

Method:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Sift flour, baking powder together, set aside.

  3. Combined (C) together, simply whisk the mixture.

  4. Pour in the flour follow by the cheese and ham. Fold just until they incorporate (do not overmix).

  5. Pour into 6 muffin cups and bake for 20 mins or until lightly browned and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
