Chiffon cake 3

再度挑战威风蛋糕, 我又失败了! 蛋糕是发得不错,可是中间却凹了下去。蛋糕中间没法发起。可是蛋糕体还算不错。 为了实现自己能装饰蛋糕的梦想,我又买了一包whipping cream, 可是又是同样的问题。 Whipping cream打到油水分离。 后来我孤注一掷把它加入已弄好的巧克力酱(Chocolate Fudge Frosting).  奇妙的是我竟然做成了巧克力的Frosting.  可惜奶油霜太多,蛋糕吃起来有点腻。

Chocolate Fudge Frosting

90g unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
113 g unsalted butter, room temperature
120g sugar
1 tsp vanila extract
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water
beat butter until smooth and creamy (abt 1 min), add sugar and beat for another min. Add in vanila extract
and melted chocolate and beat on low speed (abt 2-3 mins).  Increase speed to medium and beat until thick.
