黑胡椒鸡扒


 
Black pepper chicken chop 黑胡椒鸡扒



Ingredient
  (材料)

4 chicken thighs - removed the bones and slowly pound it until medium thin
四只鸡腿肉-把鸡骨去掉,用刀背不停的敲打鸡肉到自己要的厚度。

Marinade    腌料)

2 tbsp soy sauce       -2 汤匙的酱油
1 tbsp Sesame oil       -1 汤匙的麻油
1 tsp black pepper
      -1 茶匙的黑胡椒粉
A pinch of salt     -少许的盐 (optional)


Method(方法)
1.       Marinade chicken with  the above marinade ingredient. Leave it  for at least 2 hours(用以上腌料腌鸡肉至少2小时)
2.       Heat about 2 tblsp oil in a frying pan, and cook the chicken on the medium heat until brown (用中火及2汤匙的油来煎鸡肉至金黄色)
3.  Served with black pepper sauce , whipped potatoes , baked bean and coleslaw(与黑胡椒浆料,薯泥, 凉拌卷心一起配用)


Black Pepper Sauce             (黑胡椒酱汁)
2 cloves garlic – chopped                                                 2粒蒜头   (剁碎)
1 /2 big onion – chopped                                                  ½
大葱头     剁碎)
1 tbsp oyster sauce                                                             1
汤匙的蚝油
1 tbsp light soy sauce                                                          1汤匙的酱油
3 tbsp freshly pounded black pepper                              3
汤匙黑胡椒粉
1 tbsp butter                                                                         1
汤匙牛油
2 tsp sugar                                                                             2
茶匙糖
1 t
bsp corn flour mixed with 1/2 cup water                      1汤匙玉蜀黍粉加1/2杯水

Methods               
(方法)
1. Melt butter in a small pot, sautee the garlic & onion until yellow
    在小锅内将牛又溶解,蒜头和葱头至金黄色
2. Add chicken  stock, let it boil
加入, 待煮滚
3. Add in all other ingredients, stir thoroughly until it thick
   加入其他材料,至浓稠

Mashed  potato   (薯泥 )          
Potato-300g                                                  (马铃薯-300克)
Fresh milk  -80 ml                                         (鲜奶-80 毫升)
Butter – 20g                                                  (牛油-20克)
 Salt and Pepper                                           (盐和胡椒粉少许)

Method                  (方法)
1  peeled and quartered length the potatoes.   Put potatoes into a saucepan. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add water until potatoes are covered. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15-20 minutes, or until done - a fork can easily be poked through them.  Drain water from potatoes. Put hot potatoes into a bowl. Use potato masher to mash potatoes until well mashed when it is hot.
 马铃薯去皮,切成四分。把  马铃薯放入小锅内。加入1/2茶匙的盐。加入足够的水盖过马铃薯。 水煮滚后,再转小火煮15-20分钟至马铃薯软化(用叉刺入便可)。把水倒掉,乘热把  马铃薯压烂。
2   melt butter in a pan on the stove, add in the  mash potatoes and stir well with milk to achieve the consistency you desire. Serve with gravy and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
锅内放入牛油,加热将牛油溶解,加入已压烂马铃薯 再加入鲜奶,不停的搅拌至自己要的干度。与酱汁一齐享用。



Gravy                      (酱汁)
2 tbsp Oyster sauce                                                             2汤匙的
1tsp Sugar                                                                             1茶匙的糖
2 tsp Corn flour                                                                    2茶匙的玉蜀黍粉
½  cup of chicken stock                                                      ½ 杯的鸡汤
A bit of black pepper powder                                           少许的胡椒粉

(mixed all ingredient well) put some                           
butter  into a pan, add in the gravy, let it boil,                
and add in a spoon of milk.             
  把所用的材料混合,锅内放入少许的牛油,倒入酱汁煮滚后, 再加一大匙的鲜奶

                                                                                  
                               
Coleslaw                (凉拌卷心)                                                     
Half of small cabbage, around 200g, shredded              ½小包菜,大概200克,刨丝
1/3 of carrot, shredded                                                      1/3 的红萝卜,刨丝
8 tbsp of mayonnaise                                                          8汤匙的美乃滋
1 ½ tbsp of sugar                                                                1 ½ 汤匙的糖
1 tsp of lemon juice                                                             1茶匙的
¼   tsp of pepper                                                                 1/4 茶匙的胡椒粉
1 pinch of salt                                                                       少许的盐

Method                          
Mix the mayonnaise ,  sugar, lemon juice, pepper and salt in a bowl
美乃滋汁,1/4 茶匙的胡椒粉和少许的盐混合在一起
Then stir in the cabbage, carrot.1
再加入包菜丝和红萝卜丝, 搅拌均匀
Refrigerate for 2 hr s before serve
在放进冰箱2个小时后才能享用!
