材料: (Ingredients)
蛋白-3 个 3 egg white
蛋黄-3个 3 egg yolk
幼糖-50g 50g of fine sugar
塔塔粉-1/4 tsp 1/3 tsp tar tar powder
起司片-3 片 3 slices of cheddar cheese
鲜奶-50ml 50ml of fresh milk
牛油-50g 50g of butter
特幼粉-50g 50g of cake flour
做法: (Method)
1. 将起司片、鲜奶和牛油一起隔水煮溶,待凉备用。

a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water, combine cheddar cheese slice, fresh milk and butter. Cook over medium, stirring constantly, until
all ingredients have dissolved
2. 蛋白和塔塔粉用高速打至起泡,再分两次加入幼糖,打至硬性发泡。

3. 将蛋黄倒入芝士糊(1)里搅拌均匀。

4. 将一半的蛋白霜倒入芝士糊里,轻轻搅拌均匀,然后筛入面粉,继续拌匀。

5. 再将芝士糊反倒入剩余的蛋白霜里,搅拌均匀。

6. 预热烤箱后,将芝士糊到进烤模里,以 150 度,隔水烘烤 50 分钟即可。
